Sony’s Acid Xpress 7 (stripped down and FREE version of Sony) now includes integration with the PureVolume / Reverb Nation – ish social networking site AcidPlanet.
AcidPlanet is a social networking site that allows artists to upload music and videos that are not only featured on their own typical social networking site, but are also involved in AcidPlanet‘s rating and voting programs.
AcidPlanet is not limited to Sony Acid users, but is owned and operated by Sony, and I’m sure will offer special integration with all Acid products soon, as well as quite a bit of advertising for Acid.
Acid Xpress 7 is Sony’s free-ware version of Acid, and is readily available from Sony Creative’s website for download. It functions standalone, or with additional features through AcidPlanet integration.
