EAW, the current owners and developers of SMAART have announced that they will be selling SMAART to Rational Acoustics.
The sale will happen gradually, first transferring the worldwide distribution and support. Within 6 months to a year, Rational Acoustics will purchase the SMAART division of EAW.
Rational Acoustics was founded in 2008, and has been providing training and 3rd party support for SMAART Live in the last year.
