Both will be shipping in early February 2009, and are aggressively designed to go after the music creation (not solely music recording) market.

Cubase 5 is built on Cocoa, a Macintosh based programming language… This makes way for their soon-to-be-released 64 Bit Mac version of Cubase 5. Nice.
