In the flurry of pre-NAMM announcements, Allen & Heath has announced a new system in their current iLive digital console live, the iLive-T!
The iLive-T uses the same technology and largely the same software as the iLive console, but theres one big difference. The Size.
The iLive-T is a small frame digital console, offering many options upon ordering. Here are the options.
- 20 Fader Console Surface or…
- 28 Fader Console Surface
- 32 Mic In, 16 XLR Out MixRack or…
- 48 Mic In, 24 XLR Out MixRack or…
- Combine the Two for 64 Mic In, 32 XLR Out.
This system also touts quite DSP ability, including…
- Graphic EQ on Each Output
- Parametric EQ on Each Output
- 2 Dynamics per Each Output
- Parametric EQ on each Channel
- High Pass Filter on each Channel
- 2 Dynamics per Channel
- 8 Stereo FX with emulation of Popular Devices
- 8 Audio In/Out on Console (Control Surface)
The iLive-T system, as the iLive System uses ethernet to connect the MixRack and Console with optional redundancy.
As with most digital consoles these days, all inputs/outputs are digitally patchable, and all faders are also digitally assignable, and obviously (with 20/28 faders) you’ll be flipping back and forth between channels quite a bit.
