Alesis Mastercontrol: The Inter-Control-Manager

Alesis has just announced that the Alesis MasterControl is now shipping. The Alesis MasterControl is not only an Audio Interface (@192 kHz), not only a Control Surface, and not only a Control Room Controller, but, well, it’s all three Here’s the Run Down. The Audio Interface

As you can see above, the Alesis MasterControl is HUI compliant, so it is compatible with any HUI compliant software, Mac or PC. This is only for the Control Surface Aspect, Audio is a separate issue. (Control w/ Pro Tools, No Audio) The Alesis MasterControl is a firewire 400 device, which provides fairly latency free recording/monitoring.
