Windows 7 and Pro Tools 8.0.3

Digidesign has recently announced it’s Public Beta of Pro Tools for Windows 7, included in the 8.0.3 release of Pro Tools.

This public beta finally moves Pro Tools into the current realm of operating systems, Joining Apple’s Snow Leopard who received non-beta support with the 8.0.3 release.

This release also brings forth big news… 64 bit compatibility!  Not that Pro Tools will be running in 64 bit, sadly.  But there has said to be no issues thus far running Pro Tools 8.0.3 as a 32 bit program in Windows 7 64 Bit.
